The 2016/2017 Indoor Group Training Program will start October 25th, 2016 and run until March 9th 2017.
The details are posted to the left for the Tuesday /Thursday Indoor group Training Program.
There also will be a Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 8am class
I will run the Wednesday class. Another instructor will run the Saturday class. They are both music driven classes with a overall conditioning format. ie warm-up with a mix of climbs, tempo, speed work, cool-down and stretching

The Wednesday Class will start Oct 12th.
The Saturday Class will start Oct 15th
Both will run for 6 weeks.
